National PAL and Department Of Homeland Security announce know2protect Campaign to combat online child exploitation and abuse
National PAL has been named an official partner of Know2Protect, a major new initiative to prevent and combat online child exploitation and abuse, developed by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
Know2Protect is a collaborative effort with National PAL, Intel, Meta Platforms, NFL, NASCAR, Google, Snap, and others, to educate and empower children, teens, parents, trusted adults and policymakers to:
- Prevent and combat online child sexual exploitation and abuse.
- Explain how to report online enticement and victimization.
- Offer resources for victims and survivors and their supporters.
National PAL will work with our more than 300 chapters to provide resources, training, and support to stop and prevent child online sexual abuse and exploitation.
